Cult is looking for a Store Manager to lead operations at our flagship store in HSR Layout. If you've worked with brands like Decathlon, Firefox, Hercules, or any fitness chain, and have a deep understanding of hardline products — we want to hear from you!

🔍 What You’ll Do:

✅ Drive daily store operations

✅ Lead a high-performing sales team

✅ Manage fitness product demos, inventory & merchandising

✅ Deliver a world-class customer experience

✅ Monitor sales KPIs and store performance

✅ Execute local engagement and marketing initiatives

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

1+ years in a store manager or retail lead role

Strong exposure to hardline products (fitness, cycles, treadmills, etc.)

Passion for fitness and customer service

Strong communication and leadership skills

Hands-on with POS, CRM, and reporting tools
