Job Description

Job Summary: The Store Keeper is responsible for managing the inventory, receiving and issuing materials, maintaining stock records, and ensuring efficient storage and retrieval of goods. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in warehouse or inventory operations. Key Responsibilities: Receive, inspect, and record incoming stock and supplies. Issue materials and products as per requests and maintain accurate issuance records. Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage or loss. Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts. Update stock records and inventory software regularly. Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the store/warehouse. Coordinate with procurement and other departments for stock requirements. Monitor stock for expiry, obsolescence, or damage and report accordingly. Comply with health and safety standards in the storage area. Generate inventory reports and submit them as required. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in storekeeping or logistics is a plus. 2+ years of experience in storekeeping, inventory control, or warehouse operations. Knowledge of inventory software and databases (e.g., ERP, SAP, MS Excel). Strong organizational and time management skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
