Stockist

As Amadora continues to grow across cities, we’re looking for a Stockist to manage and maintain accurate stock levels across our factory, warehouse, and multiple stores. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our ice creams and baked goods move smoothly and on time. Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update stock records for raw materials, packaging, finished goods Coordinate inward and outward entries from the central factory to stores Conduct daily physical stock checks and reconcile with software Raise reorder alerts for low-stock items in a timely manner Work closely with the production, warehouse, and supply chain teams Assist in monthly audits and resolve discrepancies Ensure stock hygiene and FIFO/LIFO discipline in cold storage and dry zones Use inventory management software and generate reports as required Requirements: 2+ years of experience in inventory or warehouse roles Working knowledge of stock software, Excel/Google Sheets Experience in food, QSR, or retail is an added advantage High attention to detail, punctuality, and accountability Ability to handle fast-paced, multi-location stock movements Show more Show less
