About the Organization

A pioneering leader in STEM learning and Design Thinking programs in schools across India and the UAE, established in 2011. The organization has delivered over 5 million sessions to more than 250,000 students, inspiring them to become innovators through hands-on projects in Robotics, Engineering Design, Coding, 3D Printing, Drones, and IoT. The mission is to help children connect classroom theory to real-world problem-solving, nurturing them into creative problem solvers, collaborators, and communicators.

About the Role

As a Coach, you will be delivering a K12 experiential learning program for students at a partner school in Raipur. This unique opportunity allows you to help students engage in hands-on projects using the latest technologies. This is a full-time, in-person role and not an edtech/online offering.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the delivery and success of learning outcomes.
• Provide an engaging and impactful experience to students, teachers, and school management.
• Deliver STEM tools and content such as IoT, Engineering, and Robotics in a way that extends beyond the classroom.
• Demonstrate a passion for working with students aged 6 to 16.
• Maintain curiosity and comfort with technologies like robotics and coding.
• Be self-driven and take initiative in all areas of program delivery.

Key Attributes

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Exposure to technologies such as Robotics, Mechatronics, Coding, 3D Design, and Programming.
• At least 2 years of experience working in teams.
• Degree or Master’s in Engineering (Computer, Electrical, ECE, Mechanical) or Design.
• Adaptability and comfort in managing ambiguity and chaos.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Passionate about education, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
