Implement and oversee project activities across the state, ensuring smooth execution and adherence to timelines. Recruit and coordinate state-level teams to support project objectives and activities. Engage with government officials, schools, and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful rollout of projects. Travel as required to manage, monitor, and support the project in various regions. Ensure effective communication between all involved parties, and ensure that project goals are met as per the agreed timelines. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the status and progress of the project. Candidate Profile : Degree in MSW, B.Ed., or any graduate with a solid understanding of local language(s) and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with using computers and related software to manage project-related data and communication. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently. Previous experience in project coordination or working with schools, government, or large-scale initiatives is preferred.
