Role Responsibilities:

Lead a team to achieve sales targets in unsecured loans, personal loans, business loans, and more.
Develop strategies for increasing revenue through effective distribution channel management.

Job Requirements:

813 years of experience in the banking or finance industry, with expertise in unsecured loans, personal loans, gold loans, upselling, cross-selling, and business loans.
Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing teams.
Strong understanding of retail asset lending products like credit cards and home loans.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills for client relationship management.
