Staff Nurse/ Dialysis Technician

Staff Nurse (Dialysis Unit) – Responsibilities Prepare patients for dialysis treatment – assess vital signs and health condition. Set up dialysis machines and ensure proper functioning. Monitor patients during dialysis sessions and respond to complications. Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed. Maintain accurate documentation of treatment and patient condition. Ensure infection control protocols and hygiene practices are followed. Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and lifestyle changes. Coordinate with nephrologists and healthcare teams. Dialysis Technician – Responsibilities Prepare and operate hemodialysis machines for patient treatment. Monitor dialysis sessions , checking patient vitals and machine settings. Clean, disinfect, and maintain dialysis equipment . Report abnormalities or patient reactions to the medical team. Maintain inventory and order supplies when needed. Assist in patient education and support.
