NOTE: As per Tech Mahindra the designation on papers will be "Sr. Associate Analyst BPS/U2 Key Responsibilities: Publishing Reports Run citation, usage, and manuscript submission reports Coordinate and deliver journal-specific reports to non-editorial departments Maintain centralized tracking sheets and SharePoint archives Prepare Word and Excel-based reports on deadline Journal Management & Editorial Support Keep resources and databases updated regularly Support daily editorial tasks, CMS updates, and external communications Assist in creating publishing reports, Impact Factor reports, and journal development plans Conduct data analysis to support journal development Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.
