We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Engineer to join our team DIP PROJECTS. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in civil engineering, strong leadership abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Design Oversight 2. Technical Leadership & Mentorship 3. Project Management & Coordination 4. Quality Control & Risk Management 5. Client & Stakeholder Communication 6. Documentation & Reporting 7. Continuous Improvement Required Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus. 10+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex construction projects. In-depth knowledge of civil engineering principles, design methods, and construction practices across a range of infrastructure projects. Extensive experience with project management , budgeting, and scheduling in the civil construction industry.
