Sr. Sales Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our engineering company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and promoting our engineering products/services to clients across various sectors.

Education: BE/ Diploma - Mechanical

Experience: 0 - 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the engineering/manufacturing sector.
• Coordination with clients to present and promote engineering products or services.
• Understand customer needs and offer customized solutions based on technical requirements.
• Prepare quotation and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to prospective clients.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
• Achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate delivery of customer requirements.
• Provide market feedback to the internal team for product development and improvement.
• Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, etc.) or related field.
• 0–3 years of sales experience in an engineering or industrial setting (freshers with strong communication skills may be considered).
• Good understanding of technical products and the ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Goal-oriented with a strong sense of initiative.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
