Sr. Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in the loan DSA industry, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for various loan products (Home Loan, LAP, Personal Loan, Business Loan etc.).
• Maintain relationships with clients and ensure smooth end-to-end loan processing.
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team targets.
• Coordinate with banks and NBFCs for file processing and approvals.
• Guide clients on documentation, eligibility, and product features.
• Follow up with clients for timely submissions and disbursement.
• Maintain MIS and report daily to the team leader/sales head.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and latest loan products.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales within the Loan DSA industry.
• Strong knowledge of loan products, processing, and documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Knows how to build connectors (existing connectors are a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets consistently.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Graduation in any stream; MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory.

• As per industry standards and based on current CTC and experience.
