Job Overview

Roles & Responsibilities

• Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business
• Make customers understand the benefits of our plans and check whether it meets their requirements
• Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life insurance products
• Cross-sell/up-sell products and ensure business targets are met
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Conduct marketing activities to promote our products and services

Criteria Required

• Age limit: 24-39 years
• Education qualification: Graduate in any stream
• Experience: At least 1 year of Life Insurance sales
• Local resident with a natural market in the location
• 2-wheeler or 4-wheeler

CTQ Parameters

• Prior work experience in Life Insurance
• Not more than 2 job changes in the last 3 years
• Minimum incentive earning of 2,000 per month or 100% target achievement
• Currently working with a Life Insurance company (preferred)
