Job Requirements

About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced ReactJS Developer to join our technology team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a mission-driven environment and is eager to build scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that improve patient outcomes and healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive, accessible web applications using ReactJS.
Build and integrate backend services using Java and Microservices architecture.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Integrate with databases and ensure data consistency and performance.
Work with AWS to deploy, monitor, and scale applications in a secure cloud environment.
Write clean, maintainable and well-documented code.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practice

Work Experience

Mandatory Skills:

Frontend: ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
Backend: Java, Microservices
Database: Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB)
Cloud: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, etc.)
Version Control: Git

Good to Have:

Experience with Node.js
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
Exposure to containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes)
