Epothane Civelec Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is a well-established company with 36 years of experience in manufacturing epoxy cast components for transformers and control panels in medium voltage applications. As part of our expansion and growth, we are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to oversee our quality functions and help us maintain and enhance our standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Lead and manage the quality assurance team to ensure consistent product quality and continuous improvement.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address quality issues.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to develop and implement quality control processes.
• Analyze quality data and generate reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure customer requirements and expectations are met and exceeded through effective quality management.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality standards and practices.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• A Bachelor's degree in Science or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
