We are presently seeking a qualified and ambitious Manager Strategy Alliance & communication with at least 2- 5 years of experience 

Building Material Reporter (BMR), a Delhi-based media house, is poised to become India's fastest growing company in the field of Architecture & Building Construction Industry. With excellent track record to delivering high quality industry specific content through Video, Web, Print, Conferences & Conclave 

Responsibilities: 

* Strategy & Planning for the conference & Conclave

 Coordination with Sales team & help them. 

* Research for the new topic for the conference

* Identify the quality people to become Panellist speaker 

* Maintain the relationship with Architect, Designer, Consultant & existing brand 

* Making new strategy & help the team to acquire new Brand.

* Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure favourable terms for all parties.

* Stay informed about industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities.

* Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative advertising solutions.

* Travel new cities along with team member for ground research to do conclave. 

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s/Master’s in Journalism and Mass Communication | MBA in Marketing

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

* 2-5 years of experience preferably in print media, electronic, Digital Media Conference organiser. 

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Deep understanding of the industry and current trends.

* Experience in the building materials and associated industries is a plus.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Strong organizational and time management skills.
