Job Description

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a dynamic Influencer Marketing Executive to lead and scale our influencer campaigns across platforms. You’ll work closely with content, brand, and growth teams to build a strong community of brand advocates and drive engagement and conversions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns aligned with brand objectives
  • Track performance metrics, analyze ROI, and optimize campaign strategies
  • Collaborate with creative and social teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Stay on top of influencer trends, platforms, and cultural moments
Requirements:
  • Min 3 years of influencer marketing experience, preferably in D2C/lifestyle brands
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills
  • Data-driven mindset with knowledge of performance tracking tools
  • Passion for fashion, eyewear, and creator culture
