In this role, you will lead a team of around 8 talent acquisition professionals and focus on attracting top-tier talent, particularly in the engineering domain. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and oversee the talent acquisition team, offering guidance, support, and growth opportunities. - Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives. - Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and devise recruitment plans. - Work with Recruiters and Recruiting Managers in other regions to streamline hiring for similar job roles across various locations. - Manage the complete recruitment cycle, encompassing sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes. - Utilize innovative sourcing techniques and tools such as social media, job boards, referrals, and networking events in alignment with our global talent acquisition approach. - Establish and uphold a robust employer brand to attract high-caliber candidates. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. - Analyze and present recruitment metrics to assess the efficacy of talent acquisition strategies. - Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and legislative changes related to recruitment and employment. - Engage with the Talent Acquisition Leadership Team to align with global practices, share information with peers, and drive diversity and inclusion initiatives within the recruitment process. - Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors. - Uphold compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 8-10 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. - Proven track record in managing and developing high-performing recruitment teams. - Sound understanding of the technology industry and its talent landscape. - Strong commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. - Proficiency in recruitment software and tools. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
