Job Description

 Manages talent acquisition process, including sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and on boarding
 Keeps job descriptions up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant federal, state and local laws for all positions
 Develops training and performance management program that ensures all employees are
familiar with their job responsibilities, as well as relevant legal and safety requirements
 Handles investigation and resolution of employee issues, concerns and conflicts
 Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
 Handle confidential matters with discretion
 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement,
motivation and preservation of human capital
 Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
 Nurture a positive working environment
 Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
 Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
