Roles & Responsibilities Effectively manage and process complaints and MDRs , which includes performing daily tasks associated with process Opening of complaints Collecting necessary complaint information Performing follow up with the customer (written and verbal) Determining reportability of complaints Creating associate Regulatory reports (eg; MDRs) per regulations Evaluating complaints for need to investigate and coordinating sample retrieval 8. Responding to customer complaints (written) Timely closure of complaints, as per procedure. Effectively manage workflow, identifying issues Participate in continuous improvement, efforts and projects, as assigned Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education required Required Skills Good Communication Skills in English (written and verbal) Capable of working in highly- regulated environment Proficient with basics in MS -OFFICE Reasonable Accommodations Baxter is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodations to individuals with disabilities globally.
