Sr Executive / Executive - Procurement (Group booking)

Job Description Using various communication channels such as phone calls, emails, and contracts to make reservations. Talking to suppliers about improving prices and services, which will increase cost effectiveness and customer satisfaction. Taking full responsibility for customer support, making sure that customers are happy with all of their encounters with the business. Answering incoming calls from diverse stakeholders including customers, agents, and suppliers. Addressing and escalating any difficulties with on-road issues, coordinating with suppliers and agents to ensure a speedy resolution. Verifying and confirming all upcoming services in advance, aiming to proactively mitigate last-minute complications. Identifying any issues that arise due to operational team activities and collaborating to find solutions that prevent such problems in the future. Collaborating with overseas team members, colleagues within the office, and members of other city offices to enhance overall performance and outcomes. Playing a role in generating sales and revenue for the company, assisting in achieving financial goals.
