In simple words, EcoRatings is a Gen AI startup employing a young team of 25 most of whom are Developers/Engineers. We are looking for a Admin professional who can help us in administrative functions

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin professional to support our growing team. The ideal candidate will oversee administrative functions, and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations in our Noida office.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee office management including vendor coordination, procurement, facilities, and asset management
• Support travel bookings, event planning, and logistics for internal/external meetings
• Ensure office infrastructure (IT, internet, supplies) is well-maintained and functional
• Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.
• Organize internal events, meetings, travel bookings, and hospitality arrangements.
• Maintain office equipment, security systems, visitor logs, courier services, and upkeep.
• Support expense tracking, invoicing, and documentation for admin-related bills.
• Act as a liaison between employees and external service providers or building management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 3–7 years of professional experience in Admin 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, maintain confidentiality, and work independently
• Experience in a Tech startup is a plus
