Position: Sr. Desktop Support Engineer

Location: CBD Belapur (Navi Mumbai)

Experience: 2–3 years (preferred)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer L2 to join our team in Colaba, Fort (Mumbai). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent troubleshooting skills to manage and support IT hardware and software environments effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Hardware and Software Support:

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues on desktops, laptops, and MacBooks.
• Perform installations, upgrades, and maintenance of operating systems and applications.

2. Network and Connectivity:

• Manage and troubleshoot Access Points and Switches.
• Ensure optimal network performance and resolve connectivity issues.

3. Audio-Video Conferencing Support:

• Set up and maintain audio-video conferencing systems.
• Provide real-time support during meetings to address technical challenges.

4. Maintenance and Monitoring:

• Conduct regular checks on IT equipment to ensure smooth operation.
• Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure compliance with company policies.

5. User Support and Training:

• Assist end-users with technical queries and provide training when necessary.
• Document common issues and solutions for future reference.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience: 2–4 years in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and other operating systems.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, network devices, and software applications.
• Familiarity with network configurations and device management (Access Points, Switches).
• Experience with audio-video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
