Job Description

As a Senior Associate Cloud Services Architect at NTT DATA, you will be an integral part of our clients" digital transformation journeys. Your role involves collaborating closely with clients, sales, and delivery teams to craft Managed Services solutions in the cloud technology domain. By leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to co-creating value and ensuring the delivery of secure, innovative, and competitive solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass developing data models tailored to meet client requirements through the integration of technology and service design within the cloud domain. This will involve conducting sales presentations, product demonstrations, and supporting the maintenance of cutting-edge company products. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting service design deliverables, engaging with internal teams and partners to guarantee the robustness and scalability of our solutions. In this role, you will engage in the complete solution development process by aligning client requirements with proposed service elements and architectures. You will coordinate end-to-end solutions that adhere to technological and service standards, implementing consulting approaches to consolidate client needs, preparing transition documents, and defining the current and desired future state of our solutions. Furthermore, your role will involve providing ongoing support to client projects post-implementation, participating in renewals, testing and validating new design features, suggesting improvements to existing service offerings, and collaborating closely with the sales teams to discuss commercial models with clients. To excel in this position, you should possess a solid understanding of cloud technologies, networking, security, and system administration. Additionally, basic skills in Azure, GCP, and/or AWS infrastructure architecture and pre-sales are required. A foundational knowledge of virtualization, hybrid computing environments, storage technology, and cloud-native technologies is essential. Familiarity with Managed Services service and delivery models, including cloud, global, and distributed delivery models is beneficial. You should also be adept at working with costing models alongside sales and finance stakeholders, possess strong communication and presentation skills, and be capable of facilitating workshops with clients and internal teams. Moreover, you should be able to effectively communicate potential improvements and the value of solutions to various stakeholder levels. A keen interest in staying abreast of emerging trends in cloud technology and managed services is crucial. A bachelor's degree in information technology/systems or a related field is required to qualify for this role.
