Your Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze and optimize workflows, systems, and processes to reduce waste and improve productivity.
  • Lead Lean initiatives such as Kaizen events, 5S, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
  • Train and coach teams on Lean methodologies and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Lean strategies across departments.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on the impact of Lean initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Lean standards and adjust strategies based on performance data
