We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sponsorship Manager to secure partnerships for our events. This role is commission-based, meaning your payout will be a percentage of the sponsorship revenue you generate. The ideal candidate is a persuasive communicator with strong networking skills, capable of building lasting relationships with sponsors. Key Responsibilities: Identify and approach potential sponsors aligned with our mission and events. Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and pitch to businesses and organizations. Negotiate sponsorship agreements, ensuring mutual value for both parties. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing sponsors for future opportunities. Collaborate with the events and marketing team to maximize sponsor visibility and engagement. Track sponsorship revenue and provide regular reports on progress. Requirements: Proven experience in sponsorships, fundraising, sales, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth. Passion for social impact and alignment with our NGO's mission. Experience in event partnerships is a plus. Compensation: This role is commission-based, with earnings directly tied to the sponsorship revenue secured. Percentage payout structure will be discussed during the interview process.
