Role Description

The Speech Therapist will provide speech and language therapy services to children with autism and other special needs. This full-time, on-site role is located in Lucknow. Daily tasks include assessing and diagnosing speech and communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, working closely with other therapists and educators, monitoring progress, and adjusting treatment plans as needed. The Speech Therapist will also provide guidance and support to families, ensuring they are involved in the therapy process and understand how to assist their child at home.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Speech Therapy and assessment of Speech and Communication Disorders
• Experience with Dysphagia and treatment of Language Disorders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
• Certification from a recognized Speech Therapy accreditation body
• Experience working with children with autism and special needs
• Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping children achieve their potential
