We are looking for a passionate and qualified Special Educator who is committed to supporting children with diverse learning needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), conducting assessments, and working collaboratively with teachers and parents to create an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students’ abilities and develop customised learning plans (IEPs)
Deliver engaging and appropriate instructional activities tailored to each student’s needs
Collaborate with general education teachers and school staff to support integration
Monitor and report student progress, adjusting strategies as needed
Provide counseling and emotional support to students where necessary
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with school and regulatory standards
Engage regularly with parents/guardians to discuss progress and strategies
