Samurai Wellness is known as a leading luxury hotel spa management chain. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spa Receptionist located in Surat. The Spa Receptionist will be responsible for greeting clients, answering phone calls, managing appointments, and handling guest inquiries. Additional duties include clerical tasks, such as filing and managing payment transactions, as well as ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
