Role Overview

Spa Manager

Key Responsibilities

· Manage the daily operations of the spa and wellness center.

· Supervise and coordinate a team of therapists, front desk staff, and housekeeping support.

· Ensure excellent customer service and a consistently high-quality guest experience.

· Drive spa sales, upselling services and products to increase revenue.

· Handle appointments, walk-ins, and client relationship management.

· Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage vendor relationships for spa supplies.

· Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards are strictly maintained.

· Maintain reports on sales, feedback, and employee performance.

· Plan promotions, offers, and seasonal service menus in coordination with marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Diploma or Certification in Spa Management / Wellness / Hospitality or related field.

· 2 to 4 years of experience in managing a spa, wellness center, or luxury salon.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Knowledge of various massage and beauty therapies and spa operations.

· Strong customer focus with a pleasing personality and attention to detail.

· Experience using spa booking or POS software is a plus.

· Ability to lead and motivate a team.
