You’ll work closely with the HR and hiring teams to identify, attract, and on-board top talent while ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, etc.) Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers Draft and publish job descriptions in coordination with department heads Assist in employer branding activities and campus hiring events Provide timely updates to candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring process Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment performance and candidate pipeline Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or HR support roles (internships included) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with sourcing techniques and job portals Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment Additional Skills (Preferred): Knowledge of IT and technical hiring is a plus Creative mindset for employer branding initiatives What We Offer: Opportunities for career growth and professional development A dynamic and supportive work environment
