Sourcing & Procurement Executive (Trainee) in our factory located in Jigani

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential suppliers for various product categories.
• Develop and maintain a strong vendor network.
• Collect quotes, compare pricing, and negotiate to secure the best possible deals.
• Assist in the onboarding of new suppliers and vendors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand sourcing requirements.
• Monitor vendor performance, pricing trends, and lead times.
• Coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery and efficient supply chain operations.
• Work towards cost reduction targets without compromising quality or timelines.
• Maintain procurement records and documentation.
• Support the procurement manager in day-to-day tasks and reporting.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes or supply chain operations is a plus (not mandatory).
