Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sourcing Head, located in Bengaluru. The Sourcing Head will be responsible for overseeing the procurement of materials, managing supplier relationships, developing sourcing strategies, and ensuring cost-effective and timely delivery of materials. The role includes conducting market research, negotiating contracts, and optimizing supply chain processes. The Sourcing Head will collaborate with design and production teams to ensure alignment with brand quality standards and production timelines.

The role demands thorough understanding of products, tech packs, order grid, target price, size/ratio breakdown, trims/fabric knowledge and delivery expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, supplier management, and contract negotiation
• Graduate from textile, apparel production or fashion management is preferred
• Experience in mens premium wear (woven and knits) sourcing is preferred
• Strong understanding of market research, sourcing strategies, and supply chain optimization
• Well versed with garment construction, fabric performance, MOQ dynamics, cost engineering and T&A management
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
