In the role of Solution Lead at Wipro, you will be responsible for: - Demonstrating a thorough understanding of business processes within the F&A & HRO Vertical to identify problem statements. Collaborate closely with functional and domain experts to explore how technology can effectively address business challenges. - Evaluating existing technology solutions and leveraging industry/market insights to incorporate technologies from partners and foster alliances. - Creating solution artifacts and value propositions, illustrating end-to-end business processes and aligning them with technology solutions. - Establishing relationships with various stakeholders, including functional teams to grasp business requirements, technology teams to translate requirements into solutions, and sales/pre-sales teams to support the sales process. - Operating as an individual contributor with exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal) to respond to RFI/RFP (RFx) and present solutions to clients in collaboration with onsite sales teams.
