Job Description

Design and develop sheet metal parts and assemblies using SolidWorks Sheet Metal Module. Prepare accurate 2D manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and flat patterns for fabrication. Interpret customer requirements, specifications, and design inputs to create feasible sheet metal designs. Modify and revise existing designs to improve manufacturability and performance. Collaborate with the production, quality, and procurement teams to ensure seamless design-to-manufacturing transition. Conduct tolerance analysis and fitment checks using SolidWorks tools. Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety guidelines, and company design practices. Participate in design reviews and support prototyping and testing of new products. Maintain proper documentation of all design data and changes as per company policy.
