Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the specified standards and contribute to the overall efficiency of the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, while also documenting processes and configurations for future reference. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest configuration management practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft 365. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience in customizing software applications to meet specific business needs. - Familiarity with documentation practices related to configuration management. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft 365. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A any graduate is required.
