Are you passionate about shaping young minds and enhancing their communication & interpersonal skills? Axis Colleges, Kanpur, is looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer to join our esteemed faculty.
🔹 Position: Soft Skills Trainer (Faculty)
🔹 Experience: 5 to 10 years
🔹 Location: Axis Colleges, Kanpur
🔹 Qualifications:
✔ MA in English or equivalent
✔ Additional certifications in soft skills training, communication, personality development, or related fields are a plus
✔ Strong experience in training students on communication, leadership, teamwork, and overall personality development
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Conduct interactive training sessions on communication, public speaking, and professional etiquette
✅ Enhance students' confidence and employability through workshops & practical exercises
✅ Design and implement training modules to improve soft skills
✅ Collaborate with faculty to integrate soft skills with academic learning
