Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer , located in Pune. The Soft Skill Trainer will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective training sessions, developing and enhancing training materials, conducting life skills and soft skills workshops, and assessing and improving student performance. The trainer will also provide one-on-one coaching and support to help students improve their communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications Strong Presentation and Communication skills Experience in Training & Development and conducting workshops Knowledge of Life Skills and Soft Skills Ability to engage and motivate students Relevant certifications in Training & Development are a plus Previous experience in the education or professional training sector is beneficial Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
