Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Worker located in Kochi. The Social Worker will be responsible for providing support and resources to individuals and families, coordinating with community services, conducting needs assessments, and developing and implementing care plans. Other tasks include advocacy for clients, crisis intervention, and facilitating access to education and healthcare services. Qualifications  Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with community partners Empathy, compassion, and active listening skills Capable of conducting needs assessments and developing care plans Experience in advocacy and resource coordination Knowledge of local resources and services Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field Show more Show less
