Social Media Strategist

About the Role: We are looking for a creative, data-driven Social Media Strategist to lead our social media efforts. In this role, you’ll develop, implement, and manage social media strategies that increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate campaigns across all digital platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals. Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube). Create engaging, on-brand content and campaigns tailored for each platform. Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality visual and written assets. Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, followers, conversions, and optimize strategy accordingly. Monitor trends in social media, digital marketing, and competitor activity. Engage with online community, respond to comments, and manage social listening. Develop and manage paid social media campaigns and budget allocation. Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of proven experience in social media marketing or strategy. Deep understanding of various social media platforms, tools, and best practices. Strong writing and storytelling skills. Analytical mindset and experience with Google Analytics and social media insights. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Nice to Have: Experience in influencer marketing or brand partnerships. Familiarity with SEO, email marketing, or other digital channels. familiarity with short-form video trends.
