Job Description

Social Media Manager

Hybrid role – WFH + shoot days in Mumbai

Skills:

Can ideate without the use of AI
Proven track record in working with various different clients in different niches
Agency experience is a plus!
Must understand marketing principles and able to form clear brand strategies.
Strong content planning, copywriting & execution skills
Shoot Planning
Creative Visualization
Understanding of engagement metrics, platform growth, and what makes content stick
Must be proactive, organised, and hungry to grow long-term
This isn’t a churn-and-burn job. It’s a role for someone who wants to lead, build, and scale in a business-first agency.
Canva experience is also a bonus.
