Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and scheduling content across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube
• Contribute to content ideas for Reels, carousels, and Stories aligned with our brand voice
• Write engaging captions in Hinglish & English for different formats
• Research trends, hashtags, and competitor content
• Interact with the community via DMs, comments, and story polls
• Track and report analytics for weekly performance reviews
• Collaborate with design and product teams to create product-based content
• Assist in influencer outreach and campaign tracking

Qualifications

• Passion for stationery, aesthetics, and social media trends
• Strong writing skills with a fun, conversational tone
• Basic knowledge of Canva or editing tools (bonus if you know CapCut or Adobe)
• Understanding of Instagram Reels, engagement metrics, and meme culture
• Self-starter attitude with a hunger to learn and create

Bonus points if you

• Have experience managing a page or portfolio of content
• Know how to shoot/edit Reels using your phone
• Have a good eye for design and aesthetics
• Are active on Pinterest or Reddit and love niche communities
