Key Responsibilities Social Media Strategy Develop and execute content plans across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc. Content Creation & Management Design captioned posts, graphics, short videos, and stories consistent with brand tone. Maintain a content calendar and schedule regular postings Community Engagement Monitor comments and messages; actively respond and build rapport with followers Campaign Management Assist with paid and organic campaigns, oversee basic ad targeting and budgets, run A/B tests, and optimize based on performance Analytics & Reporting Track KPIs like reach, engagement, and conversions using tools like native insights or Google Analytics; prepare regular reports Collaboration Work with design, content, and marketing teams to coordinate campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and support launches Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
