Social Media Manager & Content Creator

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social media expert to join our team as a Content Creator . This is a multi-tasking role perfect for someone who's passionate about creativity, social media, and enjoys helping a growing business thrive.

Key Responsibilities:-

• 1. Grow Followers & Engagement
• Own the strategy and execution to grow followers across Instagram, YouTube (Shorts), Facebook, and emerging platforms.
• Identify trending formats, viral audio, memes, and hooks to amplify reach and engagement.
• Launch weekly series, challenges, contests, and trending topical posts.

2. Create Viral Content (Reels, Shorts, Carousels)

• Ideate, script, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels/Shorts) with a fast turnaround.
• Coordinate with designer and video editor to Design high-performing visual content using image tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Figma.
• 3.Continuously test and refine creatives, audience targeting, and content strategies.
• 4.Generate insightful reports on engagement, reach, and ROI, providing recommendations for improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Experience: 2-3 years in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Analytical Mindset: Experience with performance tracking, A/B testing, and audience insights.
• Creativity & Innovation: Ability to craft engaging content and think outside the box.
