We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, executing campaigns, and growing our online presence to drive traffic and engagement. Key Responsibilities: Develop, plan, and execute content strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and video content aligned with brand identity Schedule and publish content using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite Monitor analytics and provide performance reports on reach, engagement, and conversions Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for campaign execution Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices Manage influencer collaborations and partnerships Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in social media management Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms Excellent written and verbal communication skills Familiarity with social media ads is a plus Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,079.57 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
