Social Media Executive

We're Hiring: Social Media Executive Location: Mumbai (On-site) (Monday-Saturday) (10 AM-7 PM) Balance Nutrition, a leading digital nutrition consulting brand, along with its Founder & Chief Dietitian Khyati Rupani, is looking for a skilled and proactive Social Media Executive to lead and manage the social media presence for both the brand and personal handles. This is a hands-on role requiring expertise in content creation, calendar planning, posting, community engagement, and end-to-end production. Key Responsibilities: * Manage and grow social media accounts for Balance Nutrition and Khyati Rupani * Develop and execute monthly social media calendars * Draft high-quality, engaging captions and copy tailored to platform-specific audiences * Oversee and execute content production – including planning, shooting, and editing videos and photos (primarily Reels and short-form content) * Schedule and post content consistently across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn * Monitor, respond to, and manage community interactions (DMs, comments, engagement) * Stay updated with trends, insights, and best practices to continuously improve performance Requirements: * 1–3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the wellness, lifestyle, or personal branding space * Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Creative Suite) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of English * Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement * Ability to independently manage schedules, meet deadlines, and deliver consistent output * Comfortable with both creative ideation and technical execution Show more Show less
