Responsibilities:

1. Design aesthetic, on-brand posts, carousels, stories, memes, and more for Social Media
2. Edit engaging reels (You’ll work with raw footage or source free clips/music)
3. Collaborate on content ideas, trends, and campaigns that Gen Z wants to see
4. Support campaign execution across platforms and ensure visual consistency
5. Help Shiftzzy look, feel, and sound like a brand built by students, for students

You're a Great Fit if:

• Know your way around

  Canva, CapCut, InShot, VN, or similar editing/design tools

• Have a natural flair for aesthetics and storytelling
• Spend too much time on Instagram and call it “market research”
• Have experience making reels or managing a page (even a meme page counts!)
• Are hungry to learn, experiment, and ship ideas fast
• Want to build a serious creative portfolio with a brand that’s going places
