About the Role

The SLED Capture Administrator will be part of the shared Solicitation Response Team supporting the Federal and SLED markets and will report to the head of the SLED Market. The SLED Capture Administrator will assist in DivIHN s growth by capturing SLED contract opportunities in the IT professional services space with key responsibilities to include:
  • Understanding the services and solution offerings from DivIHN s IT Solution Groups.
  • Utilizing Business Opportunity database(s) and other sources to identify RFP s, RFI s, RFQ s and other solicitations for business ( Solicitations ) of interest to DivIHN.
  • Gathering information from public information sources
  • Evaluating Solicitations for fit with DivIHN s services and past performance by dissecting solicitations to determine fit with DivIHN s services and capabilities to include:
    • Minimum requirements
    • Mandatory response items
    • Qualifications
    • Certifications
    • Registrations, etc.
  • Aiding in advanced solicitation evaluation
  • Processing and presenting key details for additional review and considerations
  • Maintaining accurate and complete information in DivIHN s CRM system
  • Working directly with DivIHN SMEs, Director of SLED Capture Management, and other key DivIHN personnel
  • Being generally available during regular US working hours, Central time zone

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration or IT field required.
  • Minimum 2 years of business development / lead generation / research work experience.
  • Familiarity with US Government lead aggregation tools such as BidPrime, BidNetDirect, DemandStar, GovWin, etc.
  • Familiarity with the Shipley Proposal Process and / or US State & Local Government RFP lifecycle.
  • Good understanding of Information Technology methodologies and solutions.
  • Conversant with a wide range of IT concepts and jargon.
  • Familiarity with capturing incumbent information and previous spend.
  • Familiarity with preparing "Initial Gate Zero/Opportunity Overview" for GO/NO-GO Decisioning.
  • Must have a drive to succeed and be able to work independently, in a disciplined manner, with minimal direction and oversight from management, and with focus on daily adherence to proven processes.
  • Good understanding of United States State and Local government structure.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written American English skills.
  • Must be able to precisely understand questions and requests contained in Solicitations written in American English.
