Job Title: IT Recruiter

Location: Trichy or Tiruchirappalli

Timings: US CST timings

Who Are We Looking For?

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and engage IT professionals for U.S.-based positions
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: from sourcing to interview coordination
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
• Use various tools and platforms like job boards, LinkedIn, ATS, and internal databases
  

Requirements:

• 2 to 8 years of IT recruiting experience (preferably in U.S. staffing)
• Strong sourcing and communication skills
• Ability to work during U.S. shift hours
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is a plus
