Site Manager – Civil & Interior Work

Key Responsibilities (KRA): Oversee day-to-day site operations for civil and interior finishing work. Monitor execution as per drawings and BOQ. Coordinate with architects, designers, and consultants. Ensure timely execution of work as per project timeline. Manage contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams. Assign work and ensure quality output. Ensure availability of materials on-site. Raise indent and track deliveries. Ensure workmanship as per standards. Implement site safety protocols. Maintain daily/weekly site reports. Update project progress to the owner or project head. Handle on-site client queries or instructions Required Skills: Strong knowledge of civil & interior construction practices Ability to read technical drawings, BOQ, and specifications Team leadership & time management skills Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Excel , and project tracking tools Knowledge of material rates, vendor management, and local site conditions Strong understanding of modular furniture, plumbing, electrical, and finishing works Qualifications: Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred) 3–5 years of site management experience in civil/interior field Job Type: Full- time Pay: Rs. 25,000/-to 30,000/- Work Location : In Person Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Civil & Interior: 5 years (Required) Language: English, Hindi (Required) Location: Chandigarh, Chandigarh (Required) Work Location: In person
