Key Responsibilities (KRA): Site Supervision Monitor daily execution of carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, painting, plumbing, and other finishing works. Ensure work is done as per design, drawings, and specifications. Vendor & Labour Management Coordinate with contractors and skilled labor on site. Ensure proper work distribution and productivity. Material Handling Check and verify material quality and quantity received at site. Raise material requirements and track delivery status. Drawing Understanding & Execution Read and interpret AutoCAD/2D drawings and implement them on-site. Report if there are conflicts or design-related queries. Quality & Safety Control Ensure high quality of workmanship. Follow basic site safety practices and ensure site cleanliness. Progress Tracking & Reporting Maintain daily work progress and send regular updates to project manager/owner. Take photos/videos for documentation. Client Coordination (if required) Interact with clients during site visits for updates, approvals, or clarifications.
